Deployed a completely redesigned and responsive website for Tech-Etch, Inc. Based on the viewing device, the website will render for optimal ease of viewing and navigation. Organized to help design engineers specify components, the revised Tech-Etch website with over 160 pages details three product areas: photo etched precision parts, EMI/RFI shielding, and flexible printed circuits. Each product area is described and pictured, including sales and contact information, manufacturing technologies, material descriptions, and ordering information. New web pages describe and show examples of products manufactured for each industry. Slide shows in product areas contain additional examples of manufactured components. A complete on-line catalog of standard shielding products with line drawings can be viewed, and interactive PDF sales drawings can be downloaded for over 100 parts.

Tech-Etch performs a wide variety of services and this single-source capability enables us to assume total responsibility for the quality and delivery of our precision products: thin metal flat and formed parts, EMI/RFI shielding, and flexible printed circuits. In-plant services include photoetching, stamping from coil stock and forming from etched blanks, tool and die making, production heat treating, flexible circuit design and production, welding and soldering, metal finishing, plating, and laser cutting. Secondary operations such as soldering joints to seal seams, spot welding, and the application of pressure sensitive tapes and insulation materials are also available.
